The Museum of the Huerta de Alcantarilla offers an extensive program of activities to enjoy on weekends.
On Saturdays and Sundays, at 10:30 and 12:00 hours, the "Huertano Club" is celebrated, activities with different themes for children between 5 and 12 years old.
Small participants can obtain prizes by filling in the Huertano Club card.
In addition, as usual, on the third Sunday of each month, the "Museum Day" will be held for the whole family, with traditional games, chess activities, pottery and cooking workshops and theatrical guided tour of the museum.
Gastrohuerta
As a novelty, on Sunday, March 8, the activity "Gastrohuerta" will be held, which consists of a gastrotematic visit to the Huerta Museum to learn about the customs and traditions present in the museum from the point of view of gastronomy.
The Huerta Museum depends on the Department of Education, Culture and Youth of the City of Alcantarilla.
