The neighborhood of Santa Rosa de Lima, in Alcantarilla, begins its festivities today in honor of its patron.
The events will begin at 9:00 pm with the presentation of the Queen of the festivities and later a children's performance will be held starring the children of the neighborhood and distribution of bread with sobrasada for all the people who attend.
Tomorrow, Saturday, August 24, the mojito party will be held from 12:00 noon.
The afternoon will be dedicated to children with mats and children's games, from 5:30 p.m., and at night, at 10 p.m., a sardine and mobile disk will be organized.
Sunday is the big day of the festivities with the celebration of a neighborhood coexistence in which paellas will be tasted, starting at 2:00 p.m., and at night the traditional mass will be held in honor of Santa Rosa de Lima.
The parties are organized by the Neighborhood Neighbors Association and have been carried out in a traditional way for years to pay tribute to their patron, which is located in a niche located at the corner of Rafael Lorenzo Vivo and Río Mundo streets, at the entrance of sewer.
