Yesterday was developed in the meeting room of the City of Alcantarilla, the recruitment table for the drafting of the South Sewer Variant Project, being the first tender that takes place through this new digital platform of contracting the State .

This is a great step forward for the Sewer administration in modernization and transparency, reducing costs and administrative tasks.

The entire tender procedure has been followed step by step by all those attending the contract table on a digital screen.

This new form of contracting fulfills the law 9/2017 of November 8 of contracts of the public sector.

In order to have a better service, the city council streamlines the contracting procedures and is fully integrated with the state platform.

As of today, all the suppliers of the City Council can register on this platform to be fully informed of each tender process and even receive training on the use of this new work tool.

Alcantarilla continues taking steps towards a more modern and efficient administration, complementing now, with the electronic tender, its web services, its electronic headquarters, its digital registry, its transparency portal and mobile applications at the service of citizens.
