At noon today the entire staff of the Sewer Soccer Club, which plays this season 2018-2019 in the First Autonomous, went to the City Council with its president Antonio Hernandez at the front, to officially present the same and publicize the sports projects that this season they have, the equator already being the same.
Upon arrival they were received by the mayor of Alcantarilla, Joaquín Buendía, with the Councilor for Sports and Youth, Antonio Martínez Griñán and several representatives of the Municipal Corporation.
The Alcantarilla Futbol Club, of Autonomic First, is currently in the fifth position of the table, with 32 points, in the 17 games played, with 9 wins, 5 draws and 3 losses, the last one last day, breaking one positive trajectory in his last meetings.
The team in its entirety attended this institutional meeting with their coach Juan Antonio Pelegrín "Carnizas" and his coaching staff.
The Mayor of Alcantarilla, wished all kinds of success for the remainder of the season and especially in the next two meetings they have with the Cehegín Deportivo and the Pinatar and rise above the classification.
He also encouraged them to keep with their work and effort in training and games the illusion they offer to the little ones, to all the players of the lower categories who yearn to be able to one day reach the place that they now enjoy in the template of the first Club team.
The club was founded in 2012 to start the 2012/2013 season, disputing their encounters in the Municipal Field "Manuel Ruiz Pérez".
The president of the Club, Antonio Hernández, thanked the collaboration they have with the City of Alcantarilla and especially with all people working in the Department of Sports, giving one of the officials of the same a memory of the team to have it always present, as they have done to all representatives of the Municipal Corporation who have attended the event and for the mayor a shirt of the team, this season, promising to change it for which since 2015 has been present in his office.
The president, Antonio Hernández, has made it clear that the team, the staff of players, technicians and the board of directors all form a large family, who hope to consolidate the football project in our city and therefore return to society sewer solidarity , solidarity that they have shown in different campaigns for social centers, alcantarilleros or people who with some type of disability needed support and collaboration.
