The full City Hall Sewer has held an extraordinary session today in which has been reported the new legal advice on the three plenary agreements of November 2017 that approved the municipal cleaning services of municipal public buildings, the maintenance of sports facilities and the concierge service in educational centers, by all the opposition groups: PSOE, CITIZENS, LEFT UNITED, WE CAN AND THE COUNCIL NOT ADSCRIBED.
The government team of the Popular Party, understanding that these full agreements were ILLEGAL and CONTRARY to LAW, as the multiple reports prepared on this matter said, decided to denounce them in court.
While the opposition groups, despite all the reports contrary to the municipalization, despite the requirement of the Government Delegation requesting the suspension of those agreements, which they decided not to abide by, they have continued in their stubbornness and, not content with it, today they have made political use of the workers and their families, using them to attack the government team.
The past month of January a change in the legal service of the City Council took place, taking charge of the same one a new company to which corresponds the defense of the agreements of the City council.
These legal services, which are in charge of defending the City Council, doubted the legality of these plenary agreements, so they decided to issue their own report to the Plenary, in full view of the file.
Last week, the aforementioned legal services report arrived at the City Council, which concluded that the three plenary agreements approved by the opposition groups are CONTRIBUTIONS TO RIGHT and, therefore, ILLEGAL, giving the reason for the government team, once plus.
Today, the municipal groups of the opposition, have positioned themselves in favor of this new report to see if this ends the judicial procedure that they themselves gave rise to when they approved some agreements that were ILLEGAL, that is, they have spoken against their own agreements. making clear, once again, his way of doing politics, the "new policy".
It is now more than two years that the opposition groups, with their continuous maneuvers like the one they have carried out today, prevent these three important services from being put out to tender and continuously obstruct the management of the City Council.
The government team will always defend the legality and that the services of the city council will be provided to the citizen in the most effective and efficient way even if for that he has to go to court as many times as necessary.
