In the morning of today, the donation of part of the income of the rights of the novel "La huella de una carta", by the Castellón-born writer from Segorbe, Rosario Raro, to the Asociación de Alcantarilla Victims of Thalidomide in Spain (AVITE), with the presence of the president at the national level, the sewer, José Riquelme López, witnessing it, as requested by the Association, the mayor of Alcantarilla, Joaquín Buendía, municipality where at the national level they also have the AVITE headquarters.
With this the writer also fulfills his wishes to do it in our city, place of birth and residence of the president and national headquarters, after the book is almost a year on the street, in this edition that the writer publishes with the publisher Planet.
In the act have also been present several affected thalidomide members of AVITE arrived from several points of Spain, along with members of the Municipal Corporation and different associations and groups of Sewer who have not wanted to miss the same
The donation is made by the writer, on the income generated by the sale of the book, because as she herself has said repeatedly: the real protagonists of the novel The footprint of a letter, are those affected by thalidomide, represented by AVITE .
This afternoon, at 7:00 p.m., in the auditorium of the Citizen Participation Center, next to the Huerta Museum, the writer will present the novel in Alcantarilla, she did it in Murcia at the Almudí, in September of last year .

Rosario Raro (Segorbe, Castellón, 1971) is a professor of Creative Writing at the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón since its foundation in 2004, PhD in Hispanic Philology, with a thesis with the CUM LAUDE qualification- "Expanded texts: the form of writing on the internet: a pragmatic analysis of the communicative environment of blogs and deals with writing on the web "and postgraduate studies in Business Communication and Pedagogy.
For more than twenty years he has taught literary courses and workshops for numerous institutions.
His work has been translated into Catalan, Japanese and French and recognized with numerous literary awards, both national and international.

The imprint of a letter is his last novel, written after the success with Back to Canfranc.
