IU-Greens councilor has claimed Sewer Works and Services, Christopher Morata, explaining the reason that the City fails concession contracts for collection services and other recyclables that are also competitive of its council.
The left-wing organization has made this request in a motion that requires the City to order the "immediate" pick of the litter of glass containers, because many of them accumulate up to 17 days without emptying.
Councillor signing the initiative, Carmen Maria Pina, has indicated that it is a consequence of the "total lack of political responsibility" Morata and head of the council, Mayor Lazaro Mellado.
