The Civil Guard arrested a driver who lost his driving permit term credit exhaustion points (08/01/2013)

The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, in recent days, has been arrested twice on the same person for driving with a driving license withdrawn for having run out of credit points.

He has been arrested with a vehicle circulating in the secondary network of Murcia, the last Friday in April, surpassing the speed in a circular set for the track and the second yesterday, day 07, in control of prevention of public safety

On Friday, day 04, Civil Guard officers who had established traffic control device speeding on the way RM-E4 (Sewer - San Ginés) detected a vehicle traveling at 73 km / h., when the maximum allowed on that stretch is 50 km / h.

After identification and verification of documentation, the agents found that the driver of the vehicle had a driver's license withdrawn having exhausted the entire credit of points, proceeding to his arrest and subsequent remand in custody on suspicion of driving offense a vehicle with loss of validity of the authorization for loss of points.

On Monday, day 07, at a point of checking people and vehicles established by the Guardia Civil in Murcia, among others, identified the same circulating with a vehicle driver who had been arrested three days earlier on another device, so proceeded back to his arrest and subsequent remand in custody on suspicion of a crime against collective security, the circular driving license with points credit exhausted.

Arrested:

We proceeded to the arrest, on two occasions, a person on suspicion of collective security offense - driving a vehicle with loss of validity of the authorization for loss of points, identified as:

- Spanish, 31 year-old resident of Sewell.

The arrest and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Courts of Instruction No. 8 and 3 of Murcia (Murcia).

This type of offense is punishable under the Penal Code and is punishable with imprisonment for 3 to 6 months or a fine of 12 to 24 months or work in the community benefits from 31 to 90 days.
