The Autonomous Community and the Ministry of Public Works will rehabilitate 100 houses in Alcantarilla (27/10/2017)

The Autonomous Community and the Ministry of Development promote the rehabilitation and renovation of a total of 1,653 homes, as well as the redevelopment of public spaces or the reconstruction of buildings in 13 municipalities of the Region, which will involve an investment of more than 15.6 million of euros.

In the case of Alcantarilla will be 100 homes to be rehabilitated with an investment of 493,000 € to be financed by the Ministry of Public Works, Autonomous Community of Murcia, Town Hall and private individuals.

The Minister of Presidency and Development, Pedro Rivera, and the Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Transport and Housing, Julio Gómez-Pomar, yesterday signed agreements with the municipalities of Murcia, Cartagena, Lorca, Alcantarilla, Totana, Mula, Santomera, Abarán , Ceutí, Fortuna, Blanca, Albudeite and Ojós for the development of Urban Rehabilitation and Regeneration Areas (ARRU) in the municipalities, within the Housing Plan 2017.
