The ceremony was presided by Brigadier General Deputy Director of Education of the Air Force, Francisco Javier López Cillero, along with Colonel Chief of the Air Base Sewer and Director of the Military School of Parachuting "Mendez Parada", Fernando Goy Martin and the Director of Studies of the Military Academy, Lieutenant Colonel Aldama.
