The rain deprives in part some events of the Solidarity Days of Approach, organized by the Civil Guard Family Unity Association, at the national level (15/09/2018)

Today Saturday and tomorrow Sunday, September 16 in Alcantarilla (Murcia), in the Fairgrounds and Fairgrounds, in the area known as Entrevías, the Guardia Civil Family Unit Association together with the Town Hall of Sewer, organize a new edition of the Solidarity Days of Approach in a special convocation that will bring this popular Day to this city.

The rain and the tremendously covered skies have prevented the paratrooper exhibition of the PAPEA, the Air Force Parachute Patrol from the Air Force, but not the rest of the surface exhibitions by the different units that participate in these two great days for our city.

The National President of the Guardia Civil Family Unit, Noemí Morán, the Mayor of Alcantarilla, Joaquín Buendía, along with the Councilor for Public Safety, Juan Antonio Mata, as well as the General Director of Citizen Security and Emergencies of the Region of Murcia, José Ramón Carrasco, the chief colonel of the Alcantarilla Air Base, Francisco Javier Fernández, the captain of the chief ship of the Base and School of Submarines of the Spanish Navy, Alejandro Cuerda, the chief lieutenant colonel of the EZAPAC, Juan Carlos Casas, the commander in chief of the Traffic sector of the Civil Guard, José Ángel Jurado, among other military and civil authorities, together with various members of the Municipal Corporation.

The Solidarity Days of Approach of the Family Unit Civil Guard Association is a unique event both because it was born with the vocation to promote the rapprochement between the Armed Forces, Security Corps and society, as well as for its charitable nature and the charitable purposes pursued.

At the same time, the initiative values ​​the culture of security and defense by means of a totally familiar approach, since within the enclosure we will have activities and approach to show that human part of the uniformed that is not normally seen.

The celebration of the Solidarity Days for the Approach of Security and Emergency Corps are taking place today, Saturday, September 15 between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m., and will also take place tomorrow, Sunday from 10:00 to 14: 00 hours at the Festival Venue and Sewer Fair, where different media are exhibited and several exhibitions of the Armed Forces, Security and Emergency Corps will be held, for the enjoyment of all attendees (vehicles and special cabins, canine units and of cavalry, training workshops, rescue demonstrations, etc.).

Great success of participation achieved by the Guardia Civil Family Unit, with a laborious work of months carried out, day after day by its president Noemí Morán, along with its collaborators, who have managed to have in these two days the presence among others units to Civil Guard, National Police Force, Local Sewer Police, Spanish Navy, CIMA, Military Emergency Unit, Parachute Sappers Squadron of the Air Force - EZAPAC, Submarine Flotilla, Royal Guard, Consortium Firefighters, Civil Protection Alcantarilla and San Javier, 112 Murcia, General Directorate of Traffic and Forest Firefighters;

counting on the special intervention of the Acrobatic Parachute Patrol of the Air Force - PAPEA, it could not be due to bad weather with its always brilliant exhibition, but with its own stand, as well as other surprises and solidarity activities.

With the participation of other associations and entities such as Spanish Association Against Cancer Sewer, Puro Corazón Association, the Mapfre Foundation, the Brotherhood of Legionnaires of Murcia, Águilas Verdes and OJE Archena, among others.

The entrance to the site has been totally supportive since who so wished could provide a stimulation toy when accessing it, as are the puzzles, which will be donated to the D'Genes Association, or some solidarity contribution to Family Unit Guardia Civil .

With this event, the Civil Guard Family Unit Association intended and has achieved, dedicate a weekend to show the human side and the work of our military, civil guards and police, in a supportive, festive and twinning between institutions and citizens, with that great motto that they wear on their shirts "One person, under one uniform".
